MACV Employee Spotlight – Madison Vaudrin
This week we are featuring Madison Vaudrin.
Madison graduated from Southwest Minnesota State University in May of 2023 with a Bachelor of Social Work. She interned with MACV as a housing case manager before joining our staff full-time. She isn’t a Veteran but has a connection to the military through her brother, who is in the Army National Guard, and her Fiancé is in the Air Force Reserves. At MACV, Madison is a MNVEST Case Manager in the Metro Region.
“Many veterans live on a street and do not know what resources are there to help them get into a place to live or access mental health resources. When you see a Veteran living on a street, send them to MACV or the VA to get the care they need, so they don’t have to be living on the street.” -Madison Vaudrin
Madison finds “actively helping Minnesota end Veteran homelessness daily” to be the most rewarding part of working for MACV.
Outside of MACV, she likes to go ice fishing, hiking at state parks, going on trips with family, and taking her two dogs on walks.
