Cheers to a decade of the Salute to Servicewomen Golf Classic! This year, we raised over $50,000 to support the incredible women Veterans in our communities. 

A huge shoutout goes to our Keynote speaker, Major General Jill Faris, and our esteemed MACV Client Guest Speaker, Rachael Robinson. And let’s remember our amazing sponsors and the 140+ golfers who participated in this event! 

Since 2013, MACV has assisted 793 female Veterans. This event has raised over $250k over the past ten years, directly assisting 437 female veterans providing over $200k in critical financial assistance on everything from Rent, Security Deposits, Emergency Hotel stays, food, clothing, vehicle repairs to ensure employment security, and so much more.

But wait, there’s more! We want to give a special round of applause to two remarkable individuals who have dedicated their hearts and souls to making this event happen year after year. Jodie Skolnick and Laura Ludwig, you are the true heroes behind the scenes. Jodie has been the committee Chair since day one, orchestrating all the moving parts alongside a team of phenomenal women. And Laura, in just five years, you stepped up to the plate as committee chair and helped elevate the event to new heights. We are forever grateful for your tireless efforts! 

As Jodie and Laura bid farewell to the Salute to Servicewomen Golf Classic, we want to express our deepest gratitude for their unwavering passion and commitment to our women Veterans. And to all who joined us this year, thank you for your dedication to helping MACV serve female Veterans who are rebuilding their lives.
