Building Trust: Home for the Holidays

Shaun Riffe

Housing, News

For 30 years, MACV has worked to end homelessness for Veterans in our great state. As part of their Home for the Holidays campaign, WCCO CBS Channel 4 interviewed MACV Chief Operating Officer Jon Lovald.

Lovald says building trust with Veterans is a core component to successfully getting them off the street.

“With trust, Veterans will share more of their story, and our case managers will understand more of what led to their housing crisis.”
