We are excited that you chose to contact MACV as a first step toward personalized support to address your needs. Here is what happens next:
- A MACV staff member reaches out to you in the next 48 hours to learn more about your situation.
- If appropriate, we may open a case here at MACV to provide assistance. If your situation requires services we do not offer, we will refer you to one of our partner organizations which can be of further assistance.
- Once you have an open case with us, you will work with a dedicated case manager to address your needs. If you require support in more than one of our program areas (housing, employment, or legal services), you will likely work with different individuals for each area of need.
We may send you additional forms to complete, or direct you to find them in Our Services.
