MACV Employee Spotlight – Enochio Taylor

This week, we are featuring Enochio Taylor.
Before joining MACV, Enochio worked as a CNA in memory care and rehabilitation and held a variety of clerical, receptionist, and supervisory roles. She also holds an esthetician license and previously held a cosmetology license.
Her passion for helping others led her to MACV, where she now serves as a Housing Stability Case Manager in the metro area. “It’s especially fulfilling when I can help someone move into stable housing and off the streets,” she shared. “It’s even more rewarding when it’s a Veteran—these are people who risked their lives to protect us.”
“Veteran homelessness is very much out here and real! These are people that served to protect us and they should not have to be homeless at all! Veterans deserve affordable housing and should never have to worry about being homeless!” -Enochio Taylor
Though not a Veteran herself, Enochio has two uncles who served—one in the Army and one in the Marines. At MACV, she supports Veterans in finding affordable, stable housing and connects them to resources like financial counseling, employment services, and healthcare—helping ensure long-term stability. For Enochio, the most rewarding part of the job is seeing Veterans rebuild their lives with MACV’s support.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, roller skating, fishing, going to church, and volunteering with church activities.
Enochio, thank you for your service to our community!
