Outreach Team
The Minnesota Assistance Council For Veterans (MACV) offers services to Veterans and former Servicemembers who is unhoused or at risk of becoming unhoused regardless of branch of service, length of service, or discharge type.
MACV Outreach Team Services Include:
- Identifying Veterans unfamiliar with MACV services.
- Assist with gathering documents needed to obtain services, this includes assistance for housing, county programs and needed life documents.
- Referrals to MACV legal, housing, and other services Referrals to other community partners and supports.
- Participate in community opportunities to educate about Veteran homelessness in Minnesota and promote MACV services
If you are a Veteran or Former Servicemember who is living in a shelter or on the streets MACV’s outreach team may be able to help! Find our calendar of opportunities in shelters, drop-in centers, and libraries on our website!
