On Saturday, August 5, join locals from the Twin Cities area in celebrating our military Heroes and helping build healthier, happier lives for veterans living with trauma.

Formerly known as the “Nearly Naked Ruck March,” RUCK LIFE represents the journey that celebrates our Nation’s Heroes and helps build healthier, happier lives for veterans living with trauma. Ruckers have been the primary source of funding that helps hundreds of veterans and their families in the northland.

In 2023, we’re RUCK LIFE in an exciting, brand new location. It will be a fun, challenging hiking loop around the grounds of Wild Wings of Oneka. Ruckers are encouraged to carry weighted backpacks filled with physical donations to benefit local veterans in need.

Choose to hike just one loop to receive the Finisher’s Challenge Coin, or rise up to the challenge of rucking TEN MILES to earn the exclusive 23V ALL THE WAY patch!
