Arlington House, a property donated by a fellow homeless service nonprofit in St. Paul, was acquired by MACV in September 2022. Following extensive renovations, Arlington House will feature 11 housing units, including 10 single-dwelling units, 5 of which are accessible. Additionally, a community center will offer amenities such as computers, a rec room, a pool table, a kitchen, laundry, and a workout room. Above the community center, there will be a three-bedroom apartment for a veteran family.

Arlington House is strategically located to support long-term success for its residents, with excellent access to public transportation and a high walkability score. The project is part of MACV’s expanded supportive housing programs, which aim to provide dignified housing solutions for veterans facing significant barriers to traditional housing.
