MACV Employee Spotlight -Sadie Rezac
This week we are featuring Sadie Rezac.
Sadie is currently serving in the Minnesota Army National Guard and has been serving for 20 years. At MACV, she is the Regional Director for the south and additionally is a lifetime member of the VFW and DAV!
For her, one of the most rewarding parts of working for MACV is working alongside other staff who are “conducting amazing work day in and day out to end veteran homelessness in Minnesota. Those that served this great nation have sacrificed so much and should not have to worry about where they are going to lay their head at night or where their next meal is going to come from. They have done so much for us; it is our turn to sacrifice for them.”
“Veteran homelessness comes with a lot of barriers; anything from lack of employment and transportation to mental health issues or drugs & alcohol addictions. Without support these barriers will continue to cause the Veteran to remain in crisis. It truly is a community effort to assist Veterans experiencing homelessness.” Sadie Rezac
Outside of work Sadie enjoys spending time with her kids, playing volleyball, softball, and golf, and doing CrossFit.
Sadie, we thank you for your service to our country and your service to our community!
