Breaking ground: Housing for Heroies

Another ground breaking, another fresh start for Minnesota Veterans in need. This is the sixth Housing for Heroes project in the Twin Cities area and will provide much-needed housing for Veteran families experiencing homelessness.

Our partners at Housing First MN Foundation, along with Lennar in North Minneapolis, and the Minneapolis Area Realtors Foundation are building a four-bedroom transitional housing residence to serve those who served our nation. This house, and others like it, provide transitional housing for Veterans and their families who are experiencing homelessness. Once built, MACV and partners plan to add an accessory dwelling unit to the property.

A live feed of the site can be viewed 24/7. Click here to access the camera.
