Keys Handed to Veteran Family At The Minnesota Twins Game!

Feature Story, Housing

At this year’s Annual Armed Forces Appreciation Day Twins Game, the Minnesota Assistance Council for Veterans celebrated handing the keys to one of our Housing for Heroes homes. It was an incredible honor to hand over the keys to a new home built in partnership with Lennar Minnesota and the Housing First Minnesota Foundation to a Veteran who is working with MACV and their family, marking a new chapter filled with hope and stability!

Thank you to the Minnesota Twins for providing us with a platform during the Twins Armed Forces Appreciation Day. Your support amplifies our mission and shines a spotlight on the critical issue of Veteran homelessness.

Our deepest gratitude extends to the Housing First MN Foundation and Lennar Minnesota, whose steadfast partnership is a beacon of hope in our journey to end Veteran homelessness in Minnesota. We were honored to have you on the field with us. Together, we are creating meaningful change, one home at a time, and impacting our community.
