Whether you have worked with MACV in the past or this is your first time, this is a first step in receiving services for your current situation that you are reaching out for. Next steps may include:
- Within 2-3 business days, a MACV staff member will be reaching out to you to visit more about your situation.
- Depending on your needs and alignment with MACV’s services, we may begin the process of opening a case with MACV for assistance. If your situation requires services not provided by MACV directly, we will refer you to one of our partner organizations that can be of further assistance.
- Once a case is opened by MACV, you will have a dedicated case manager to work with directly as we navigate possibilities. If you are in need of assistance in multiple of our program areas (housing, employment, and legal), you will likely work with different individuals for each area of need.
