Minnesota Veterans marched to the Capitol and rallied for support on April 20 in an effort to implement meaningful change through the legislative process. Proposed biennial state spending would include $24.9 million for service bonuses to Post-9/11 Veterans and Gold Star families, and $8 million to MACV to provide assistance to former service members and their families who are homeless or in danger of homelessness.
