In the fight to end Veteran homelessness in Minnesota, MACV has countless valuable allies in our network of Veterans one example is our partnership with West Edge Investments.

MACV began working with West Edge Investments in 2021 after Graham Smith, from the Graham Smith Realty Team connected our COO, Jon Lovald, to Jacob Bolinger from West Edge Investments. After that initial introduction, the brainstorming began.

The innovation and brainstorming led to creating this partnership that will most benefit the Veterans we serve, keeping in mind our goal to have Minnesota be the 4th state in the nation where Veteran homelessness is at functional zero.

MACV has been enjoying the back and forth brainstorming and collaboration on innovative housing solutions.  Beyond work with MACV, Jacob, Jamie and their team are looking to adopt some of the MACV housing solutions by starting to incorporate Acessory Dwelling Units (ADUS) from YardHomes on their properties. West Edge Investments, is Veteran owned has been a critical partner statewide, making our growth into property acquirers and managers feasible.
