The 2024 Ruck Life Twin Cities event, organized by 23rd Veteran, is a community rucking event aimed at raising awareness and support for veteran mental health. Participants will carry weighted rucksacks on a designated route, symbolizing the burdens carried by veterans. The event includes a day of camaraderie, physical challenge, and shared purpose, with proceeds supporting 23rd Veteran’s programs for people in Duluth, Minneapolis, and the Iron Range.
