MACV Employee Spotlight – Kyle Aubart
This week, we are featuring Kyle Aubart.
Kyle has an experienced background working with underrepresented populations. Before coming to MACV, he taught Special Education to low-income, high-risk youth in a Federal behavior program where he worked with youth who were coping with trauma. He is a Veteran and was drawn to MACV to “help better the lives of people who may not have much hope or resources.”
Kyle joined the MACV team in October 2023 as an employment case manager. He has since expanded his MACV expertise and also works on housing stability with Veterans. Kyle is a member of the South Regional Team and works out of our Mankato office.
“Veteran homelessness is not the same from Veteran to Veteran. I wish the community would try to avoid making assumptions and judgments.” -Kyle Aubart
Kyle finds bringing hope to those Veterans who have lost it to be the most rewarding part of working at MACV.
Outside of work, he likes to learn to draw, play guitar, and work out. Kyle also enjoys spending time with family, friends, and his dog.
Kyle, we thank you for your service to our country and community!
