Feature Story

The Minnesota Social Services Association’s (MSSA) Annual Training Conference & Expo is the Midwest’s largest and most comprehensive health and human services conference, drawing over 3,000 professionals each year. Attendees gather to share tools, impart knowledge, and develop the skills necessary to understand the full scope of collective challenges and develop well-rounded and holistic solutions.

This March, 19 MACV staff members attended the conference to learn, connect, and bring back valuable insights to strengthen our work. We were especially proud to have our Senior Outreach Manager, Amanda Hooper, present on ensuring Veterans and service members are recognized and supported in human services.

This event gives our team a fantastic platform to network among their peers, learn from one another, gain valuable resources, and further their experience – all while making an incredible impact on the field as a whole. We hope this inspiring event will continue to bring passionate people together year after year!
