Kathleen is the President/CEO of Minnesota Assistance Council for Veterans (MACV). Her responsibilities include managing the day-to-day activities of the statewide organization including fiscal responsibilities and budgeting, coordinating three regional programs, analyzing the needs of current programs and recommending enhancements, managing all grant activity and reporting. She is the key interface for foundation giving and development activities.
Prior to her employment with MACV, Kathleen worked for AT&T/NCR holding a variety of positions from Software Programmer/Systems Analyst to Product Manager and Senior Marketing Research Consultant. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and Finance from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota.
 Susan Worlds Regional Director – Mankato

Susan is the Regional Director of Minnesota Assistance Council for Veterans (MACV) in Mankato, which serves veterans in crisis throughout the area. She has been with MACV in this capacity since the office opened in March 2000. Susan is responsible for operations of the Mankato office as well as programs throughout this region. Susan was the primary grant writer and developer of Radichel Town homes in Mankato, an 11–unit Permanent Supportive Housing Project for disabled veterans.
Prior to her employment with MACV, Susan worked as office manager for two psychological clinics in Mankato managing all day-to-day operations including insurance and billing, Veterans Administration contracts and collections.
 Jimmy Collier, Regional Director – Metro

Jimmy is the Regional Director of Minnesota Assistance Council for Veterans (MACV) in the Twins Cities Metro, which serves veterans in crisis in the Minneapolis and St. Paul Metro area.
His responsibilities are to manage the operations of the office and its programs throughout the region. This includes oversight of all clients’ case management, development of new programs and enhancements to current programs, educating the greater community about the services provided by MACV and providing needed resources to the veterans served through resources and support.
Prior to his employment with MACV, Jimmy was a Benefits Enrollment Specialist with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota and he also worked for the Minnesota Department of Economic Security providing workforce consultation services for the Minnesota Workforce Center staff relating to veterans and rehabilitation services under Chapter 31. Jimmy assisted with the development of jobs and job training opportunities for veterans working with area employers. Jimmy has more than 20 years of military service with Top Secret Clearance (U.S. Army retired).
 Steve Saari Regional Director – Duluth

Steve Saari, Lt Col (Retired) USAF, is the Regional Director for the Minnesota Assistance Council for Veterans (MACV) in Duluth. Steve leads the region's staff which manages multiple programs in the northern 36 counties of Minnesota. He has been with MACV since 2007.
Steve is an Iraqi Freedom Veteran and has a total of 26 years of military experience with the USAF and the MN Air National Guard. He was an F-15 and F-16 Fighter Pilot, and Instructor Pilot with over 4000 hours of flight time. He was born and raised in Ely, MN. He graduated from the USAF Academy in 1983 and played Division 1 Hockey for the AF Academy Falcons. Steve retired from his military career in 2005. He was the Mission Commander of the first flight of 12 F-16s to ever deploy to a Combat Zone from the MN Air National Guard. This occurred in the summer of 2005 with all jets landing safely in Iraq ready for Combat duty.
